The full snare drum service involves a strip-down clean followed by tune-up, getting rid of rattles and overtones as far as possible.
New heads/wires can be fitted at extra cost - please ask for a quote

Full service includes:

• disassembly of all components and full strip-down of individual components such as lugs and inserts

• all metal work will be polished and where possible corrosion and rust spots removed and treated

• moving parts will be cleaned and re-lubricated

• chrome work where possible will be cleaned and polished

• unless bespoke, all parts covered and fitted

• drum will be reassembled and re-tuned with existing heads and wires (or the heads and/or wires of your choice - charged separately or supplied by you).

• a range of basic modifications can also be requested.​

Please note that especially heavy rusting will incur a £25 surcharge due to the extra work and materials involved.
